Thanks, Michelle. My new habits are a work in progress. First, now that we all work from home, it’s fairly easy to lose track of time, and tirelessly work, contributing to burnout. I’ve set up a break schedule to allow me time to step away, go outside, spend time with family, and truly “connect” in a time where the “ability” is now scarce. Secondly, replacing idle time with learning and enablement. Instead of breaking for the day, and doing “nothing” I’ve replaced with gaining new skills. I’ve enjoyed this so much, I began to write about those new skills and publish them here to Medium to share with a broader audience. This also gives me an opportunity to pay forward each time I’ve grown in my skills from research or solutions others were thoughtful enough to share before me.
